Energy Assessment

Estimate lighting savings for a Malaysian commercial building, then book a follow-up. Nothing is sent until you submit.

The assessment covers six steps:

  1. Building type: shopping mall, office or commercial building, hotel, hospital, factory or warehouse, or residential.
  2. Whether lights stay on 24 hours a day in car parks, staircases and corridors.
  3. How sensing dims unoccupied areas instead of leaving tubes at full output.
  4. Your average monthly TNB bill.
  5. An estimate of the saving from that bill.
  6. Name, contact details, building name and preferred dates for a free assessment and demo.

The lighting behind the estimate is Zero CAPEX radar LED: about 4W to 5W at 20 percent standby, 16W at full output, and RM 0.00 upfront. At The Glenz at Glenmarie, carpark lighting energy fell by about 80 percent and the whole common electricity bill by about 20 percent. Site audits in Greater Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are arranged within three business days.
